I was roommates with a Korean War Vet to help each other. He finally reached the point of needing care because of his hostility outbursts due to Dementia. I moved into my own place and found out that I had an old electric bill in my name. I worked out a payment plan and got the electric on. This is the second month in my new place and I finally got everything (mop, broom, dish strainer, shower curtain,…) but went over budget. Shut off is 08/27/2018. After the 1st all bills can be taken care of from that point forward. I just need assistance with this electric bill. I am 40% rated by the VA and I have no family except some Brother Veterans.
