In April my Eb-benefits account was hacked and my banking information was compromised including changing it to get my compensation this past May. Long story short. Police reports were filed, new bank account was opened (May 9th) which they faxed the VA the request to do the right changes. On May 16th (knowing the cutoff is the 17th) I called and did the change once again because it wasn’t done. Right now I have exactly 52 cents in my account and I have to wait to get my compensation whenever the dept of Treasury gets it fixed. The rent is due the 3rd of the month at the latest or we will face an eviction. I have documentation to support all of this. If anyone calls to help and my phone is disconnected, please email me. Phones will be disconnected any moment. Blessings.
