April 2019 was the last month that I received the Post 9/11 housing allowance. I have a separation agreement with TPO and my SSI monthly payment for one of my dependents decreased due to no error of mine but it was decreased because more dependents were added so they split the dependent rate evenly among the children. I need some help with groceries and my utility bill.
