My electric is off for non-payment. I require oxygen at night via CPAP and I am severely heat intolerant. I have trouble breathing when the temp gets over 74. I have massive spinal trauma and all of the side effects for my ability to care for myself. I got behind on my bills due to home repairs and required assistance for all household maintenance, chores, lawn mowing, etc. I have two children but they are in a world of hurt right now and are working 16-18 hour days, 6 days a week to try to deal with it.
