Son on life support and power due to shut off

Jeffrey M (Iowa):

These are the bills for electric because I have 2 meters. We lost nursing care for my disabled son. They have reduced his nursing care to where I am unable to work and have become a caregiver. There is no place that takes his condition which requires a RN level of care. He is on 6 liters of oxygen, several meds, is trached and has pulmonary hypertension along with his hypo plastic left heart syndrome. We have doctors letter stating he needs 24 hour shifts. My talking is intellectually disabled from a ventricular bleed in the brain.
