We are behind two months on water gas and electric. Has been a bad couple months. I took out two payday loans that I am currently paying on and with those factored into my monthly expenses and with the hot months we had here in El Paso Texas my electric bill skyrocketed and I wasn’t able to pay them on time. Currently waiting on my CRSC pay to kick in with back pay. I am a family of nine with spouse and 7 children. I am rated 90% IU though the VA.
