Fell Short on Groceries

As shared by Michael S:

We currently are running low on food for my family of myself, my wife, my father, and my 3 children. We are on our last can of formula for our baby. The formula itself is Nutramagen which is $25 a can. Our WIC doesn’t reset until the 29th. I don’t get paid until the 28th. I got individual unemployability from the VA. It pays all my bills and I try to make it last until the end of the month but that doesn’t always happen. We fell short this month because the kids are out of school and we have to prepare more food through the day, plan activities for the kids to keep them occupied and my baby is eating more as he is ahead of his age.

Notes from Crusaders:

Michael and his family live on a very limited income due to his disabilities. Having the kids home for summer left them a week short on food and the sweet baby is on a special formula that costs a lot. WIC only covers part of it. They just need one week of food and formula to get caught up and will be back on track June 28th. We need to donations to buy a week of groceries and the correct formula so they can relax and enjoy summer without anymore stress. Please donate or share his story on your social media platforms.
