I am 100% rated due to a parachute accident and was medically discharged. I got hit with vet bills for my service dog and forgot to pay my electric. I have to pay $130.00 by 1700 tomorrow, Monday or my electric will be shut off. I have never done a payment plan so I could get away with a partial payment.
